I am a nursing student in the United States. I am doing a culture project over the French. I need to find out if there is any special thing I need to do in the hospital for the French. I am Tony , i am french. Rgarding french habits for food, we love huge meal, with cheese at the end of the meal. We love taking our time to eat, we dislike salt and sour meals, and fruits in the main meal. We often have a starter before the main meal.
We say "Bon appétit" before eating !
