We will be in Millau just for one night (coming from Rocamadour), can anyone recommend a very nice hotel (it is only one night, a castle would be nice, or lots of charm), open in the beginning of April.

Two suggestions: Try a hotel search on the home page of France.com (just click on the blue and red France.com above on this page) or

which is hopefully a link to four chateaus on the Relais & Chateaux web site.
I checked the Logis in the area and none looked very castle-like.
