would u happen to know of any scholarship programs as well that are in france
Check the bulletin boards in your local university. They often have brochures or clip off coupons about foreign programs. Check your human resources dept. and foreign language depts. too as they often have information about scholarships and programs sponsored by your university in foreign countries.
how hard is it to be excepted into a foreign university? is it true that france sends there students to college for free or is that a different country? anyways keep me posted i would like to find more information .

Hey Mel,
I’m leaning towards the fact that the US is one of the few places that pays 30,000-40,000 bucks for tuition into college. If you said that to a French person, they’d think you were either kidding or crazy; the French have their universities paid with taxes (their gasoline taxes are unbelievable too- 4 to 5 dollars I’m hearing). The education is basically the same though, and they have something similar to SATs, but on a much bigger scale. Its called the Bac, or the Baccalorrial (if I’m even spelling that right, which I highly doubt =). Its a HUGE test that if you don’t pass, you can’t graduate.
Hope I helped,
Christine
