i am seeking help and advice in regards to searching for a friend of mine who became part of my family in hastings,england around 6 years ago from 98 to 99. he lived with us for a year and half and was like a brother to me. his name is Frederic Merlet we knew him as Fred, he is from the vendee area of france and would be 26 now. unfortunately i don’t have an address for him and have been searching for him for a long time. i know his father is a teacher and speaks fluent english and Fred himself is a photographer. any advice and help on options that i have to narrow my search for him would be greatly appreciated.
