Dear friends, We are a group of 8 and my question is if in some specific tours is the pick-up/drop off option with the mini bus includes some hotels located outside paris in the marne la valle disneyland area such as the holiday in resort. Our main concern is that we want to pick a night tour but with the mini bus service included. thak you in advance

For all tours the pick up and drop off are only valid for hotels within Paris city limits. You can find a shuttle to take you from your hotel to the tour agency by following this link

Hello. My family and I are interested in booking an Illuminations/Seine cruise tour through your agency for this December. We will be staying within the city limits of Paris. Is there a certain list of hotels that we have to go to in order to be picked up? Or would we just have to let you know where we are staying? Thank you.

The easiest way to know if a hotel is within the city limits is to look at its zip code. If the first 2 digits are 75 then the hotel is within the city of Paris.

Hello,

There are no vineyards in Paris (except for a few very small vines in Montmartre), so you'll have to get our of Paris. The closest wine regions are probably Burgundy – Chablis being about 1.5 hours from Paris and Champagne (about 2 hours from Paris).

There are tours you can take to visit these: Chablis is part of a 1 day Burgundy discovery tour and Champagne is also a tour you can take from Paris .

The other option is to rent a car and drive to either of these places and tour on your own while remembering that driving and drinking are a very dangerous mix.

This will be my first trip to Paris and I am interested in visiting the Chateau de Versailles. I understand that there are also tours at the gates at the Chateau as well as all the advertised city tours. I would like to know which is the right tour to take to insure a good time, a half day tour, a full day tour, a guided tour, an orientation tour, or what? Is it better to wait to get to the Chateau before booking a tour? Thanks very much.

Hi. We just took the RER train to the Versailles Rive Gauche station. It's the last stop on the line so you can't miss it. It's about a 5 minute walk to the chateau. Just follow the crowd. Buy your tickets ahead of time in Paris so you don't have to stand in line. The Paris Museum Pass covers Versailles.

We spent the whole day visiting. There is the famous main chateau, the gardens (in season) two smaller (although gorgeous) chateaus and a little farm village called Marie Antoinette's Hameau with live animals. There are horse and carriage rides, a little train and you can walk all over the place.

It is a full day. I'd check here on France.com for tours and also check the Versailles web site for tours. I didn't even realize there were tours and you certainly don't need to take one. They give you a map in English telling you what everything is, what to look for and hours for everything. Here's the Versailles web site so you can check that. http://www.chateauversailles.fr/en/
