Holiday accommodation in Nice or somewhere in the Cote d'Azur?

We will be going to southwest France in late September of this year and are having some trouble finding reasonably priced accommodation for our family (2 adults, 2 children under the age of 6).

Need wedding gown pressed

Bonjour! I have a friend that is getting married in Paris and needs to have her wedding gown pressed when she arrives. She is staying at a private residence on Rue Saint Louis. Does anyone know of a place close that could press her gown?

Also, I would like to send her a basket of champagne, cheese, etc. If someone knows of a place I can order on line, I would appreciate the help.

Hi. This afternoon I couldn’t get on France.com even though I had no trouble getting on other sites. This evening the "Today’s" and "Last 24 Hours" sections are empty. Is this because everyone had trouble getting on today or are you working on the web site?

priceline.com???

I am looking for a cheap ticket from San Francisco to Paris leaving June 30th. The cheapest I can find is about $930. Priceline.com has a name-your-own-price thing and I wanted some advice on it. Should I try it? If so how low should I go in nameing the price? Has anyone had any experience in dealing with priceline? Also if that is not the way to go where should I look for cheap tickets?
Any comments would be wonderful.

Questions about France.

Hello! I am planning a 10-day trip to France in May and I have a few questions. I’d like to start and end my trip in Paris, but would like to travel in between.

What is the best way to travel from Paris to Bordeaux, Bordeaux to Provence, then from Provence back to Paris?

While I’m in Provence, I’d love to see lavender and flower fields. Which is the best area in Provence to find this?
