Hello,
Given the prominent position of the tower in Paris, there is a fair amount of hotels with a view of it. The response to your question depends greatly by what you mean by 'nice' and what type of budget you are looking for.
One great little hotel that has nice rooms with the Eiffel tower View is the hotel Duquesne Eiffel

Another thing you can do since only you know your budget is to use the Search feature here on France.com. Do a search for a Paris hotel within your budget range and then read the comments. Any hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower would mention it in the advertisement. Also, some of the reader reviews would also mention it and may even tell you what rooms have the view.
Good luck.

You are moving to France from where? It makes a huge difference.
There is no forum on France.com dealing specifically with legal issues moving to France. You might try one of the more frequented forums such as http://www.virtualtourist.com or http://www.slowtravel.com
Another source is the British Magazine "France." I believe they have a web site. You could Google that. If you are not moving from Britain, it would be of limited usefulness to you though.
A couple things are extremely important if you are considering a move. You need to know what is necessary in the way of visas and work permits, and if you plan to stay there, you need to be aware that France has some rather odd inheritance laws.
Good luck.
