Parisian food blog, FASTANDFOOD, has long been known as the go-to site for information and news about fast food in the City of Light. We’re not talking McDonald’s or KFC here (well, OK, maybe we are… but just a little bit), we’re talking about fast food, Parisian-style, which of course, is something entirely different. Taking the Paris fast food culture one step further, a few days ago, FASTANDFOOD opened its own pop-up hot dog bar at the Lekker Kkoncept Store in Montmartre.
Culture Chien Chaud is a culinary collaboration between FASTANDFOOD and chef, Julie Basset, and between them, they have come up with six recipes, inspired by the street food of six countries around the world, including, of course, France;
France
Belgium
The Caribbean
Ethiopia
India
Vietnam
Less hot dog, and more haute dog, if you’re in Paris between now and the middle of next month, why not treat your taste buds to a gastronomic world tour? Culture Chien Chaud is open every afternoon until December 18th.
