The flea market of Saint-Ouen, in French Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen, is the largest flea market in Paris and there are really all sorts of items.
Here you can find the highest concentration of antique dealers and second-hand furniture dealers in the world. The flea market (marché aux puces) is held every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; because of this high frequency, compared to other flea markets, it has tended to consist only of professionals who rent their spot for a minimum term of three years. In 2014 the flea market site was acquired by Jean-Cyrille Boutmy from Gerald Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster.
FLEA MARKET HOURS
Every Saturday from 9h – 18h
Every Sunday from 10h to 18h
Every Monday from de 11h to 5h (please note that many stalls close around lunch time)

Hello and welcome. I’m not a very good shopper so I haven’t been to any of the wonderful Paris flea markets. We do haunt the booksellers and book festivals. You might try the following web address for more flea market information. It’s generally on shopping but if you scroll down to the fourth paragraph, it tells you where the major flea markets are. http://www.discoverfrance.net/France/Paris/Paris_shopping.shtml
You might also try a Google search using "Paris" and "flea market" to see what comes up. I tried a few other web sites I have bookmarked and couldn’t find much except articles about flea market experiences.
Hopefully someone else on the forum who loves flea markets will give you more advice.
Good luck and enjoy your trip.
There’s a few flea markets in and around Paris. The most famous and the biggest of them all are the ‘Puces de Saint-Ouen’. They sit squarely at the northern part of Paris, and you can go there by taking the subway.
You can see more info on this site:
http://www.parispuces.com/
This is really a small city within the city and you can spend a full day walking between the different parts of the markets, each having its own specialty.
You also have the Puces de Montreuil, the Puces de Clignancourt, but they are smaller in size. Within Paris you can go to the much smaller but fun Puces de la Place d’Aligre.
Have fun!
