To ensure that a "Culturespaces visit" is always a pleasurable experience, the Culturespaces teams make the quality of the welcome and the cultural enrichment of all visitors their highest priority.
With two million visitors per year and 13 sites, Culturespaces is the leading privately-owned participant in the Public-Private Partnership as applied to monuments and museums, which grants it a unique status in Europe as one of the prime European players in the cultural leisure sector.
Because the European heritage is a major cultural and tourism asset, each year Culturespaces funds programmes for monument maintenance and the further development and enhanced showcasing of collections.
Our calling is to help this exceptional heritage to enter the modern world and open itself up to our visitors, so that tomorrow our children will be able to read our history from our monuments.

. After having created, at age 19, a service company handling concessions for the Domain of Versailles, his education comprised parallel managerial and cultural components (Science-Po, HEC-ISA, Law and History of Art).
. In 1981, he joined the Top Management team at Havas Tourisme.
. In 1986, he became policy officer at the Ministry of Culture, in charge of the “Heritage 2000†and the “Grand Versailles†projects.
. In 1988, together with some other passionate souls, he created Culturespaces as a Consulting and Engineering Department of Havas Tourisme.
. Culturespaces started providing consultancy services to communities, private owners and large government institutions to help them find better development, showcasing and management solutions for their monuments and museums.
. In 1990, Culturespaces became a subsidiary of Havas Tourisme and the Suez Group, signing its first management support contract for the Palace of the Popes in Avignon; this contract expired in the year 2000.
. In 1992, Culturespaces was entrusted with its first long term concession involving the development, showcasing and comprehensive management of the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild.
Later, Culturespaces was entrusted, successively, with concessions on the following sites:
– the Castle of Baux de Provence in 1993;
– the Jacquemart-André Museum in Paris in 1996;
– the Park and Castle of Valençay in 1996;
– the National Automobile Museum with the Schlumpf Collection in 1999;

Each site develops and showcases its own identity but has access to network-wide communication and management resources.
At this time, the capital structure was simplified to be distributed between BMPO – Bruno Monnier (34%) and Suez (66%).
In May 2005, Culturespaces was entrusted with the three Roman monuments of the city of Nîmes (the Arena, the Maison Carrée and the Tour Magne).
