I came across serveral websites that advertised gite rental. However, the one we used was www.SimplyGites.com it was an easy to use site, and put us in contact with the owner. It was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

In the Forum, I found that Normandie and Loire sounds interesting, are they public transportation accessible? Is train convenient?. IS day trip doable?
Also, we know nothing about lodging, such as B&B, hotel. Should we find some here close to train station? Any idea?
