We are flying into Paris in early June and flying back home two weeks later. apart from assuming that we will hire a car, have no plans.
We want to visitplaces of interest, see great scenery, eat good food, drink good wine and stay in B&Bs along the way. We hope to finish the tour with 2-3 days by the beach.
Any suggestions?Â

I will be traveling to Paris and the South of France this summer and would like to find restaurants with gluten-free menus. Any help would be great. Â Thanks.
hello, i heard from a friend that there is a building/church in france (unsure where it is) where you can go and stay a night and they give you two pieces of paper to write your life story which they then paste on tiles before you leave the next morning, is this true? if so, do you know where it is and what it is called?
I have been to France twice. Both occasions were about almost a decade ago. I am planning to go to France sometime this year. Unfortunately I can't find someone who wants to go specifically to France for the amount of time I would like to visit (about a month). I am aware that traveling by yourself can be dangerous (I am a 22 year old female). Any tips on where to go, where to avoid, anything? I am planning on relocating to France. I am majoring in French so I have some understanding of the language and want to experience as much of the country as possible as often as possible.
I was looking for some information about French Pop Music and I found out there are very few English sources that cover this. I thought this was kind of weird as there's so much good French music out there, so I decided to start my own blog about it, it's at FrenchScene.Net.
Do you like it , what's your first impression? How can I make it better?Â
Do you want me to discuss certain french pop artists?
Do you know other good sites that cover this topic and you could recommend?Â
My husband's family came from the town of Bleus in France. His cousin who has been visting us said she saw the town on a train between Paris and Calais.
I wonder if anyone has seen or heard of this town because we plan to visit later this year and would like to see where his ancestors came from.
Thanks in anticipation
Cheers Vanda
I haven't traveled a lot in France, I've been only in Paris and Normandy. Normandy is the region I have much more appreciated. We have been to Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg… but it's in Honfleur where we got our Hotel. Our Holiday at this hotel was like a Dream comes True. Very nice welcome, very nice charming rooms and located at proximity of the old port boat. The city of Honfleur was quite calm and very peaceful. We have also appreciated the different Holiday Packages the hotel offers to us with original themes and surprises. It's not common to find this kind of offers in this region, but this hotel use to get this great idea. We have been able to travel around with the Limousine from the hotel and that was quite romantic.
A friendlier, more welcoming France? In Bordeaux, the country’s oldest and most iconic wine-growing region, the answer is yes. Falling sales among its many bottlings (due to a large increase in worldwide production) have caused many Bordelais to embr…
