Mr. Admins:

Some people have come to me asking why they cannot register/make an account on the forums. The create an account feature is caught in some sort of feedback loop. Was this done intentionally, because no new people are being permitted to make new accounts?

I am looking for an old friend of mine his name is Christophe Simmonet from Paris. He lived in Dublin, Ireland about 7 or 8 years ago. I went to school with in Dublin. He is about 28-30 years of age.
