Do you mean a total of 400 euros for all six nights . . . or 400 euros a night. That’s a very big difference.

Click on the blue and red France.com above and you will go to the main page of this web site. There is a tiny box labeled Hotels. Click on that and you can search for hotels all over France. I think the default is Paris hotels. You can choose which area you want and the most central to the tourist sites would be St. Germain or the Latin Quarter so search both of those. You can also search by stars and 400 euros a night would probably be 4 star while 400 euros total would probably be two star.

You will get a list of hotels with pictures. Click on the hotel name and you will get pictures, prices and comments by people who have stayed there. The comments are very helpful. You can book right from the Internet. We always book our Paris hotel on France.com and have never had a problem.

If you are looking for 400 euros total for six nights, you might have to be a little further out than the center of town. Hotel la Sorbonne is in the Latin Quarter and close to everything and about 80 euros a night. The only hotel I can think of that is less is Hotel la Manufacture. Both are listed on France.com above so you can check them.
