Chateau Les Roches – Burgundy

Château Les Roches offers the experience of staying in a private country residence, where there are just six guest bedrooms. Les Roches is located in a hilltop medieval village (Mont-Saint-Jean) with unobstructed views of the countryside. The setting of Les Roches is picturesque and tranquil where one can unwind and feel completely relaxed.

Les Roches is situated in the heart of Burgundy (Côte d’Or) and is within an easy reach of the famous Burgundy wine areas (including Chablis, Côte-de-Beaune, Côte-de-Nuits, Côte Chalonnais), historical sites and popular places of interest.

The spacious bedrooms, each with private en-suites, were completely renovated in 2005 and are decorated with both antique and contemporary furnishings.

Our guests can enjoy our favourite Burgundy wines from the Les Roches wine cellar in the salon, library, terrace or any of the seating areas in the Les Roches park.

They offer home-cooked dinners twice per week (Thursdays and Saturdays) using regional and seasonal ingredients and we recommend matching Burgundy wines for each course. The dinner experience begins with an aperitif in the salon, four-course meal in the dining room or terrace and ends with a coffee or tea in the library.

They also offer complimentary wifi and internet access.

Les Roches is owned and run by a native English speaker and a native German speaker (but we also speak some French).
