The Chateau de Barembach is a little castle “Renaissance” dating from 1892 and having been used as a private home until 1983 where it has become an hotel with great attention to detail and 15 rooms- all with bathroom and private toilet, telephone, TV and minibar. The village Barembach, only 40 km from Strasbourg by motorway – near the wine road, is a jewel of greeness – a calm picturesque and colourful center surrounded by mountains culminating at 1100m. covered by coniferous forests offering – in winter – tremendous skiing facilities with 160km of nordic skiruns and 12 skilifts. In spring, summer and autumn – a paradise of walking tours. You can also play tennis, go fishing or just relax on the terrace or in the garden. The little elegant restaurant has an excellent kitchen.
