A very nice private mansion turned into a hotel, the Victoria is located just a few kilometers from the D-Day landing beaches. The rooms are nicely – if simply- decorated. The country surroundings are superb but the hotel has what may be 2 drawbacks for certain visitors: it has no lobby and it is quite an adventure to find. Those who do not mind (and even prefer) to be in a private mansion in country surroudings will love the Victoria and will find it the ideal location to explore Arromanches and Bayeux.
