Since the 12th Century, Moulin d’Hauterive was first an authentic mill, then monks built an oil crusher and a flour mill… Wonderfully rebuilt in 1977 it became a hotel-restaurant where you can find these lost sensations, the brightness of the day, the taste of real things, peace and quiet in a decor of dream.
