The hotel owned by the Etéocle-Randoing family was originally a coaching inn and its original character has been preserved. Its rooms, decorated in both traditional and modern styles, open on to an interior flower-decked patio. Three suites with terraces look out on to the swimming pool. The hotel’s cuisine, under the hand of Gilles Etéocle (named France’s Worker of the Year) offers guests the opportunity to discover, in addition to the range of wines, a variety of dishes which respect tradition and which vary according to the season.
