In the heart of Champagne and its famous vineyards, the 5th generation of the Robert family welcomes you to their country hotel, once a post house. The pretty rooms and rustic apartments overlooking a courtyard decorated with flowers, benefit from the peaceful garden though which runs the river Vesle. Here you can allow yourself the temptation of a day’s fishing, a game of tennis or volley ball or a walk in the park. In the restaurant there’s always a festive air. The delicious aromas of the regional gastronomic cuisine are the delight of the clientele. From the very first taste the dishes make one think of novelty, they’re light and original but still have the flavour of tradition. A tradition which enhances the bouquet of the great wintage wines.
Please note that the hotel requires that dinners be taken at the restaurant. Also, the hotel and the restaurant are closed on Tuesday noon until Wednesday 4Pm from October to March.
