This 17th century stone and brick château, outside of Vernon, has high pitched roofs, an imposing forecourt, and extensive grounds. You have to dine at “Le Grand Siècle” restaurant, dishes such as lobster mousse and veal with truffles are famous. This hotel is also a very good value.
