Château Cordeillan Bages was built in the purest 17th century style in Pauillac, the heart of the Médoc. Bought in 1987 by Lynch-Bages, it was entirely renovated and rebuilt in 1988 and 1989. The property, which covers about 5 acres, adds to an ideal geographical situation in one of the most famous wine-growing regions of the world. The elegant dining room of the Château faces south, opening out on two terraces set between a garden and rows of vines. Chef Thierry Marx uses his talent to invent new dishes while still paying tribute to the gastronomic tradition of the region. His menus change with the seasons and according to his inspiration.
