Château de Trigance (Chateau de Trigance)

Set at the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon, this XIth century fortress built by the Saint-Victor monks offers breathtaking views of the Provençal landscape. Trigance flourished in the Middle Ages during the reign of the Demandolx, whose coat of arms still adorns the magnificent medieval rooms, furnished with four-poster beds, oak chests and tapestries. A candlelit dinner in the vaulted cellar is a magical experience.
