Le Clos d'Amboise

Our private hotel that was built in the 16th century for a clergyman of the Royal Court. It has been redesigned in the 18th and 19th century, offers a French-style landscaped park of 3,000 sq. meters

The park includes many rare species, in particular two unique centennial magnolias, a huge sycamore and, sitting imposingly and overlooking the park, a Lebanon cedar that witnessed, without a doubt, the French Revolution of 1789.

Our house and grounds are open to you; our tranquil park is an oasis of calm in the heart of the Old Town, providing an immediate sense of relaxation and serenity.

Stroll along the gravel paths between the ancient trees, take a refreshing dip in the pool at the end of the Park, and, magically you forget the sounds of the city: you are on holiday.

Your pleasure continues as you enjoy views of the park from the window of your airy, well-designed room, offering the highest standards of comfort and ambience in this unique place, created for your well-being.
