THE SITE

Nestling in the heart of the Pyrenees, the village of Saint-Lary is located at an altitude of 827 metres, just a few kilometres from Spain. Unspoilt nature awaits you whatever the season at this delightful spot, home to a wide range of flora and fauna. THE INSTITUTE

This institute, which underwent full renovation in 2005, harmoniously combines high-tech equipment, comfort and modern design. The rest and relaxation produced by the water-based treatments in association with the pure air will soon have you bursting with renewed vitality.
A moment of delight in restful surroundings. Crystal peeling, massages and sculptures with hot stones will gently firm up your skin.

The sports coach will put together a programme tailored to your needs: cardio training, body building, gentle toning gymnastics. After your efforts you can take a break in the sauna, hammam or jacuzzi.

THE TREATMENTS

The fitness cure is the ultimate thalassotherapy cure to get in shape and feel full of life. Its revitalising treatments will leave you feeling re-energised thanks to the oligo-elements, vitamins and mineral salts found in the Saint-Lary natural water and that our bodies often lack.
4 treatments/day, i.e. 24 treatments over 6 days:
– 18 hydrotherapy treatments to choose from: hydromassage bath, microbubble bath with essential oils, underwater shower, jet shower, affusion shower, hydrojet, phlebotone, pressotherapy.
– 6 relaxing treatments to choose from: affusion massage*, relaxing massage with essential oils**, seaweed body wrap***

(available for 4 days / 4 nights, 5 days / 5 nights or 6 days / 6 nights, only at certain times of the year):

Every afternoon : 3 hydrotherapy treatments, 1 "Fitness Ski" session (stretching and muscle strengthening) and access to the sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and jet pool.

In the morning: halfday ski package (only valid from Monday to Friday): 3 halfdays for a stay of 4 days, 4 halfdays for a stay of 5 days, 5 halfdays for a stay of 6 days.
Skiing insurance at extra charge, to be paid on arrival.
  • 4 treatments/day, i.e. 24 treatments over 6 days:
    1 body peeling (1st treatment), 6 hydromassage baths with essential oils, 3 underwater showers, 3 jet showers, 2 pressotherapy, 2 warming body wraps, 2 cooling body wraps, 2 hydro jet, 3 endermology.

    Applicable to all stays from 4 days: Therapy clients must present a certificate of medical aptitude.

    • Short Days

    The Discovery package is available for 2 days of treatments/2 nights, 3 days/2 nights or 3 days/3 nights.
    3 balneotherapy treatment /day from among 1 hydromassage bath, 1 bath of micro-bubbles with essential oils, 1 jet shower, 1 affusion shower, 1 hydrojet, 1 Phlébotome, 1 pressure therapy, 1 seaweed wrap.
    Zen and Beauty: a choice of 2 formulas depending on what you are looking for – relaxing or beauty – combining the benefits of seawater, warming body wraps and massages. The SHORTBREAK packages are available for 2 days/2 nights and 3 days/3 nights, 3 treatments/day, with bed and breakfast.

    Zen SHORTBREAK:
    The 6 treatments included in the 2-day short break: 6 balneotherapy treatments incl. 1 relaxing back massage with essential oils, 1 hydrojet, 1 seaweed wrap, 1 hydromassage bath with relaxing oils, 1 facial sculpture, 1 affusion shower body sculpture.
    The 6 treatments included in the 2-day short break: 2-day programme + 3 additional treatments: 1 seaweed wrap, 1 hydromassage bath with relaxing oils, 1 pressure therapy.

    Beauty SHORTBREAK:
    The 6 treatments included in the 2-day short break: 1 body peeling (1st treatment), 1 hydromassage bath with essential oils, 1 hydrojet, 1 affusion, 1 seaweed body wrap, 1 face care « Ultrasoin Fraicheur »…
    Treatments on the 3rd day: 1 seaweed body wrap, 1 bath « Himalaya Dream », 1 jet shower or affusion.
