THE TREATMENTS
- La Cure® by Accor Thalassa (available from 4 days / 4 nights):
The fitness cure is the ultimate thalassotherapy cure to get in shape and feel full of life. Its revitalising treatments will leave you feeling re-energised thanks to the oligo-elements, vitamins and mineral salts found in the sea and that our bodies often lack.
4 treatments per day, i.e. 24 treatments over 6 days including:
– Hydrotherapy treatments to choose from: Affusion shower, hydromassage bath, special hydrotherapy shower for the legs or the back, underwater jet treatment,underwater shower, jet shower, etc.
– Algotherapy, essential oil body wraps
– Affusion massage, hydrojet treatment, body sculpting, comfort massage, pressotherapy.

- Marine Beauty:

2 daily beauty treatments including 1 full body massage and one other treatment chosen from the following: beauty boost facial, relaxing face massage, stimulation of facial energy points, manicure, pedicure, marine body scrub.
3 hydrotherapy treatments* chosen from the following: affusion shower, hydromassage bath, douche special hydrotherapy shower for the legs or back, underwater jets underwater shower, jet shower, etc.

- Marine Slimming:
To help you lose excess weight and tone up your figure: this is the aim of this program which offers the cure guest all the very latest weight loss and fitness techniques. A combination of specific draining treatments and physical activity becomes a real source of satisfaction during… and after the cure: leaving your body purified, your figure toned and your morale sky high.
5 treatments per day, i.e. 30 treatments over 6 days including:
24 hydrotherapy treatments:
– 2 daily treatments: slimming jet shower & underwater jets, alternated with: slimming underwater shower, slimming hydromassage bath, slimming body wrap and slimming body sculpting treatment.
– 6 beauty treatments: 1 marine scrub, 3 passive muscle toning sessions, 2 Skin Tonic sessions.

– 4 daily hydrotherapy treatments* chosen from the following: Affusion shower, hydromassage bath, special hydrotherapy shower for the legs or back, underwater jets underwater shower, jet shower, etc.
Billing on the basis of a single room, with the companion and baby sharing the young mother's room staying free of charge (meals at extra charge to be paid during the stay). Where 2 therapy clients share a room (1 Young mother programme + 1 other type of spa programme), billing at half the rate for a double room per person.

- Masculine Tonic:
To counter the negative health effects of an increasingly sedentary lifestyle, we offer a cardio training assessment before progressively coaxing you into a rhythm of regular physical exercise and a healthier way of life. A consultation with our dietician will give you the building blocks towards a healthier approach to eating.
4 treatments per day, i.e. 24 treatments over 6 days including:

SHORTS DAYS
- Discovery Day:
A cocktail of 4 treatments in one day: 3 hydrotherapy treatments and 1 seaweed or essential oil body wrap or comfort massage, plus free access to the Fitness Centre (sauna, steam room, gym, heated salt water swimming pool).
- Discover thalassotherapy:
2 days: 3 hydrotherapy treatments/day from among 1 seaweed wrap or 1 wrap with essential oils, 1 hydrojet, 1 underwater shower, 1 hydromassage bath, 1 treatment in pool, 1 special back or legs shower, 1 affusion shower, 1 jet shower, 1 pressure therapy.
The Discovery package is available for 2 days of treatments/2 nights, 3 days/2 nights or 3 days/3 nights.
- SHORTBREAK Packages:
Tonic, Zen and Beauty: a choice of 3 formulas depending on what you are looking for – revitalising, relaxing or beauty – combining the benefits of seawater, warming body wraps and massages. The ShortBreak packages are available for 2 days/2 nights and 3 days/3 nights, 3 treatments/day, with bed and breakfast.
Tonic SHORTBREAK:

A few kilometres from Aigues-Mortes, facing the dunes and a long beach,
the hotel Mercure Thalassa Port Camargue offers direct access to the sea.
Its 89 spacious rooms with a view from the balcony of either the sea or garden underwent renovation at the beginning of 2006. A heated outdoor pool, which is shared with another property, is available for use between April and September.
