• Beauty Center

Our centre can offer a wide range of treatments and procedures: plantar reflexology, Hot Chocolate sculpture, Chi Yang sculpture, sculpture with herbal pads from Siam, hot stones … Our team of beauty and hairdressing professionals await you at this welcoming centre consisting of 14 treatment rooms and a spacious hairdressing salon.

• Fitness Center

Equipped with cardio training / body building apparatus and a sauna, the Fitness centre welcomes you to its rooms overlooking the sea. Courses in gymnastics and stretching are also on offer. Access to treatment facilities is close by as the Thalassotherapy institute is directly linked to the Sofitel Thalassa Miramar hotel and is located just 300 metres from the Mercure Thalassa Régina Hotel and Golf Club. Our staff are on hand to accompany you with a chauffeur-driven car service. As soon as you have finished your treatments, simply request for the car to come and collect you. THE TREATMENT

La Cure® by Accor Thalassa (available from 4 days / 4 nights):
This is the ideal programme for those who want to combat tiredness and free their minds from day-to-day tensions. Treatments which are both relaxing and invigorating, combined with the benefits of the Ocean, will help to you relax properly and get back in shape.
4 hydrotherapy treatments per day over 6 days with:
– 12 individual hydrotherapy treatments including: multi-jet baths with chromatherapy, jet showers or hydromassage, hydro jets, affusion showers,
– 2 underwater showers,
– 3 kelp seaweed wraps,
– 3 essential oil sculptings,
– 3 pool-based treatments from the following: underwater jets, dynamic pools, Relaxation lagoon.

• Marine Slimming:

The precision of an effective approach for both men and women: devote yourself for one week to rediscovering your ideal weight by bringing together all the conditions needed to reach that goal: this is the new programme proposed by Accor Thalassa Biarritz. It provides individual support, with specific objectives and monitoring throughout your stay. Specific thalassotherapy treatments, associated sports coaching, slimming treatments in the beauty area, the healthy dishes of a talented chef: Everything is in place for your slimming programme to succeed.

• Stage 1: Before your stay:

As soon as your stay is confirmed, a questionnaire about your food habits is sent to you by the institute’s dieticians so as to better advise you on arrival. The programme is based on fullboard to ensure optimum results.

• Stage 2: Your first day:

Appointment with the doctor to establish the most suitable programme, depending on your excess weight. Consultation with the dietician to take your measurements (weight, impedance measurements, body measurements) and draw up your nutritional programme. Breakfast in your room to control your diet, lunches and suppers in the ‘Les Pibales’ healthy-eating restaurant. During your stay conferences, cookery classes, etc.
Calorie expenditure programme and suitable muscle sculpting. Upon arrival, fitness tests to draw up the muscle programme suitable for your abilities.

• Stage 3: During your stay:

27 hydrotherapy treatments specially developed by Accor Thalassa Biarritz’s experts, or 30 treatments including: 3 exfoliating showers or 3 marine showers, 3 disinfiltrant jet showers or 3 baths kelp seaweed multi-jets, 3 wrack seaweed wraps, 3 thermal warming seaweed wraps, 6 kneading sculptings, 6 underwater figure jet treatments or aqua-invigoration pool for men, to activate the elimination of toxins and sculpt the body.
For women: 3 Ericson method treatments: special cellulite thermo-active and cryothermal treatment to activate
the reduction and elimination procedure and sculpt the body.
For men: 3 electro-stimulation session of the abdominal girth.

• Marine Beauty:

This cure is in response to modern men and women wanting to keep their radiance and stay in shape. After a detailed assessment our specialists will treat the beauty of your face, body and hair with a range of high guality products such as La Prairie, Accor Thalassa Institute and René Furterer.
3 hydrotherapy treatments per day to choose from: multi-jet baths with chromatherapy, moisturising wraps, kelp seaweed wraps, affusions, jet showers, underwater showers, underwater jets, 1 sculpting*.
6 beauty treatments over the week: 1 marine body peeling, 1 La Prairie face treatment or purifying cell treatment for gentlemen, 1 anti-stress sculpting, 1 La Prairie face mask sculpting, 1 foot or hand beauty treatment, 1 beauty treatment with René Furterer scalp massage.

• Young Mother:

Pregnancy and birth represent a significant physiological and psychological change. This programme is excellent for giving mothers equilibrium and their ideal figure. This programme, under medical supervision (medical visit compulsory), is advised for the period between 2 and 8 months after birth.
