Located in South Brittany, in the heart of the Golfe du Morbihan, the Miramar Crouesty Hotel and Thalassotherapy Centre is one of the most highly recommended and well established seawater spas. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the components of the traditional Chinese medicine. It is a tradition that is over a thousand years old, based on the concept of energy flows: positive Yang energy and negative Yin energy, and on the existence of specific skin zones.

Hydrotherapy

Assisted underwater massage: manual water massage carried out with an underwater jet in a hot seawater bath.
– Scotch hose treatment: highly tonic hose with an adjustable jet, along a carefully determined path.
– Whirlpool bath: relaxing seawater bath.
– Multi-jet bath: circulatory and muscular massage in a bath enriched with algae gel.

Caviar care : After a peeling session with jojoba pearls and fruit acids, the gel made with oyster extracts and caviar pearls stimulates skin restoration. Expression wrinkles are smoothed out, and the skin is revitalized and hydrated. Your complexion is lighter, and your skin stays bright and supple for longer.

"Zen" modelling and mask :Light or tonic touches and kneading, followed by a personalized mask. The contours are smoothed out, the skin is balanced, and you feel relaxed.

"Zen" facial care : Neroli, which is obtained by distillation from orange flower petals, has soothing properties and plays a part in enhancing good emotional balance. After a gentle scrub, revitalize your skin with a relaxing modelling session that has a real fitness” effect on your face. Your complexion is bright, and your face is relaxed.

Manual facial beauty drainage : Series of gentle applications of pressure and light touches on the face and cleavage, following the lymphatic lines. This type of care boosts liquid circulation and eliminates toxins.

Biological eye contour lift : Muscular stimulation of the eye contours to relax your face. The collagen mask gives you a soothing feeling, and visibly brightens your complexion.

Biological face and neck lift ; Stimulation of the facial muscles to enhance cell oxygenation, drain away toxins, and increase the rate of metabolism. This type of care encourages production of collagen and elastin. Your skin is cleansed and revitalized, and your facial contours are relaxed.
