Lets choose a room

1. Choose Room(s)

Room details can be found in a few places on the hotel page:

Option 1: By selectiong "Choose a Room" under the hotels address and area information.

Option 2: By selecting the room type in the left hand-side underneath the hotel's photo.

Option 3: By scrolling down the hotel page and finding the "Room Pricing Grid".

2. Check Rates & Availability

Once you have selected your room, the next screen will ask for your dates, the number of people in your party and a Reservation Description for your intended trip. This is very important information that allows us to correctly book your room if selected.

3. Review Reservation Instructions

The next screen will display the details (dates, prices, cancellation policy, etc…) about your reservation and will give you another chance to add or change rooms. At this point you will need to be a registered member to confirm this booking. If you're not yet registered, feel free to do so here.

Now, lets make a Reservation

1. Pay for Reservation

Once you are registered and logged in, you can enter the final information we need from you (mostly the credit card information needed to guarantee the booking).

2. Confirmation of your Reservation

Once you submit your booking, the hotel is immediately notified and will then log on to France.com and confirm your reservation. On week-ends or holidays this may take up to 48 hours. Generally you will get your final confirmation the same day you made it.

In case the hotel is fully booked, the reservation will be voided. If the hotel can offer other rooms for the same date, you will be notified. Finally, if the price of the rooms offered is higher than the price dislpayed on our website, we will double-check with you before submitting the final confirmation. This is our guarantee that you will not be given, nor charged for a room without having agreed to it.

At any point you can write to us if you need more information or help.
