France’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites

In France there are 39 sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List:

• 8 historic city/town centres (Paris, Lyon, Avignon, Strasbourg, le Havre, Mont-Saint-Michel, Provins, Carcassonne)
