Declaration of Intention: Government of the Republic of France: Re: Michael (Mike) Francis Preedom

Bonjour! I learned that in high school. I want to learn the French language because it is such a wondorous language and it is the universal language of the world of classical communication. Well, so much for that, anyway, the reason I am putting this message board online is to indicated to the French Government that I am of French heritage and background. My ancient ancestors lived their lives as French nobility in this ancient homeland 1300-1500 years ago as early as a start date of 750-800 AD at the time of the first Frankish (French) empire of Charlemagne (1st French emperor of the French Holy Roman Empire and of the Kingdom of France). My ancestors were the Viscounts of Guyenne which is Middle Aquitaine (about the size of modern day Belgium @ruled there for over 1000 years or so. After three years of Internet and church/Government of Canada National Archives research, I have traced it back to medieval France and colonial Quebec (New France) to over 400-800 years ago as of January 1st/2003 and as of today (October 1st/2003), over 1300-1500 years ago.
In my research, some members of my ancestral family moved to Lorraine 600-700 years ago for some weird reason which is beyond me but now I do understand, they moved there for the legend because in my research, I found traces of their descendants starting at the 18-century markdate. Some even moved to Belgium to the Liege area during the 14-century when it was ruled by the Dukes of Burgundy. One year ago, I found an organization on the Interent on one of the American family research messageboards called: The Hall of Names International Inc. based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, where they research the last name and submit the results to the interested party. My family name they did all, yes, all the research on, and I received my family history research scroll 2 weeks ago with the information about my ancestral family history back 1300-1500 years. They still have to give me an exact time date to as when my ancestral family started.
Also, there is a book out in Canada by a French author called Joan of Arc & Her Secret Missions which I have signed out 25 times over the last 20 years or so from the Cobourg Public Library doing research on her and her entire background. Did you know that my family coat of arms appears at the end of the book in one of the last chapters about the Province of Guyenne and something about that she had some dealings with the nobility landlords there or whatever. I don’t know. But I will tell you this——–I noticed my family’s coat of arms at the top of the family history scroll is the same as in the book chapter-it is a drawing of the coat of arms-my family coat of arms.
I will let you know when I receive this book again through InterLibrary Loan. I will post another note on this message board.
I guess my question is to the French public, government, and the French National Public Archives Dept. is this-would France agree to restore the monarchy only as a figurehead to represent French royal tradition as related to the French National Constitution which represents the people as the Constitution of the United States of America represents the people of the United States of America? The present Duke of Orleans visits Cobourg back several years ago becasuse of my last name-Prudhomme of the nobility French House of Prudhomme (Preedom) of the Viscounty of The Province of Guyenne-as signed-Michael (Mike) Francis Preedom-nobility house descendant-October 19th-2003 AD.
Also: The Hall of Names International Inc. has a family tree research
website called: www.traceit.com and if you put my last name Prudhomme
in the Search engine, it will bring up the information on my family tree research data. The phone number is: 1-613-548-3409 and the Certification Research Document No.: 943320-12.11 H-14838. The owner started the company 30 years ago and is from England, he has a private research library where he gets his info from and it is not available for viewing for the public. It is also financed by
The Royal Family of the United Kingdom (England) and other research organizations.
So, any feedback on this or any other comments, suggestions, or remarks from any interested French parties, government officials, family research organizations, historians, church officials? If so, call me: 1-905-269-5814 cellular, or write me: Michael F. Preedom
583 Daintry Crescent Cobourg, Ontario K9A4X9 Canada or email me: mpreedom@hotmail.com or mpreedom@eagle.ca.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration on this historical matter concernig French heritage and family history.
Also, this is not an off-the-wall attempt to upgrade French history or a joke from somebody fooling around on the Internet. This is real historical fact from my family past-my family were big shots in medieval France and ran a portion of France during the Middle Ages.
Their descandants moved to other countries (England, Belgium, Spain, Germany, and the United States during the last 600-800 years) as well as Peru, Poland, and New France (present day Quebec) and as for Joan of Arc, the national patron saint of France, my family seems to have some weird connection with her and her place in history during her run
around in medieval France at that time. It is strange and the only real proof I have is the Prudhomme coat of arms matching from the book(Joan of Arc & Her Secret Missions) and my Prudhomme family history tree scroll. If it matches, there is a connection, because my family because they were nobility, were at Charles VII’s royal coronation at Rhiems in 1429 AD, and of course, she, was there, as well as members of my nobility royal household. My family has served the Royal Court of France for over 800-1000-1300 years now under different kings and the first was Charlemagne, first king of France and emperor of the Holy Roman Empire-Germany, who granted my family, nobility status and landowners of the Guyenne, province of France. If you want a copy of my family history scroll, call/write/email me: I will send it to you.
