Hey, this is the section that you can reply to with all your critical comments. If you have an oppinion about someone or something, let me know and I’ll get back to you, sooner or later… Like the fireworks in Sydney for New Years, they were the worst fireworks because they didn’t put the traditional pictyre up on the bridge. Anyways, take it easy, y’all! Please reply. Chesh.

Tell me more about the fireworks. What’s the story with the bridge and picture? How’s the weather there? Regards, Donerail
Hey ! Exacly, what about that picture ? I’m from Warsaw(Poland) but I have no idea what our city council decided to organise for New Years Eve, cause I was at the party at my friends all the time
Hungarian and Polish are two good friends. They fight together and drink their wine togeter.

Thanks all. Donerail; the thing with the bridge was that each year, Sydney have a picture on the bridge at New Years, and it lights up after all the fire works, at 12. This year, there was no picture and everyone was pretty bummed out because of it and everything. The weather here is weird, as it’s supposed to be 38 degrees, but was raining this morning. Thanks all for your comments and keep ’em coming! Love Chesh.
Hello. I thought we were discussing France here. What happened? Did someone log onto the wrong forum?
Additionally, the place for criticism in at the bottom of the forum as in "Growing Pains" or "Technical Difficultires." I’m not sure either would cover fireworks in Sydney, Australia though!
Evidently quite a few people don’t realize there is a "Pen Pal" thread right underneath this thread because there are numerous pen pal requests under "Talk."
Shut up, SalB.
Isn’t there something better for you to do than diss other people?
Chesh: You must be more timely with your suggestions. From what I have seen, SalB is probably one of the most helpful resources on the Forums. She doesn’t like to get confrontational and only tries to help people. So lighten up a little, SalB is a valuable resource here. Now, you might help all of us if you could tell us what you think of your Australian reds or whites in comparison with the wines from La France. Donerail
Okay, Okay, apologise. But SalB, instead of surfing the Talk section looking for someone to looking for a topic to bring down, maybe give it a chance.
Herllo
Uhhh, yeah…Herllo.
Thank you. That was kind of you. I accept your apology.
I don’t search the forum for things to diss, but I do search forums to see if there is any way I can share useful information. In the process of searching, I occasionally see a very confrontational post that I try to calm down . . . or I see people posting in the wrong area and try to help them find the right area. In all honesty, I try very hard to stay out of the confrontational threads because they scare me.
I try to do my posting as politely as possible, but I guess it simply is impossible to be polite and tell people they are wrong, i.e. posting in Talk instead of Pen Pals, or posting in Talk instead of Technical Difficulties.
I don’t feel someone is dissing me when they correct me or aim me in another direction. We all make mistakes and hopefully, we all try to correct them. This is much easier when someone helps us. I understood "diss" to mean disrespect and I don’t do that to people. It’s not nice.
Chesh: Good to see that you and SalB are ok. When are you going to tell us your views of Australian wines in comparison with those (syrah/shiraz etc) of california or La France? Donerail
donerail: i’ve had australian wines and they aren’t as good as french wines. to be sure, there are some bad french wines out there, but australian wines are much harsher than french wines, especially in the red wine category.
LaVieilleBranche: I haven’t tried the reds but I have tried a few of their Chardonnay’s. Granted, chard is a big grape but they were very, very good. And at around $6-9 per bottle, I was very impressed. Of course, French wines are still the benchmark. Donerail
