Christmas Lights 2002

Christmas in Montbéliard is a real fairytale affair. A German principality for four centuries, the town has kept the Germanic art of celebrating the festive season. At night fall, the Cité des princes de Montbéliard, the dukes of Wurtemberg, will be illuminated by spectacular Christmas lights.
Near the 17th-century temple there will be the traditional Christmas market, a feast of colors and flavors. Help yourself to a steaming mug of spicy mulled wine and a piece of gingerbread and admire the lights and the children’s Christmas village, where the fairy Aunt Airie will be and Santa Claus will be waiting with their gifts. The Little Elves will be holding a workshop where children can learn how to make Advent crowns, lanterns and Christmas biscuits.
A truly festive, magical, musical Christmas!
