THE SITE
The "Forme et Detente" Center
1,200 square-metres divided into several zones : cardio-training centre, body-building room, a room dedicated to group lessons. Access to the cardio-training and body-building rooms are reserved to persons over 16. Relaxation pool : heated seawater pool, bubbling baths, jacuzzi, saunas and hammam…
The Lagoon
350 square-metres of seawater filtered and heated to 34° C, with an inside pool and an outside one. 110 different activities easily available, in distinct zones of currents and counter currents, showers and bubbling baths ( beds, seats ), whirlpool baths, underwater jets, water gymnastics, sauna and hammam.
THE TREATMENTS
Our thalassotherapy centre has been entirely renovated and extended. Its new spaces with a natural interior decoration have been designed to offer the utmost in comfort and quality of treatments.
Our week’s stays
6 days / 7 nights on half-board Breakfast on the seventh night is offered
Programmes can start any day in the week
except our programmes « Sports & thalassotherapy » which go from Sunday to Sunday exclusively – besides, it is advisable to have a car for our programme « Golf & thalasso ».
Our different treatments are prescribed alternately in the morning and in the afternoon.
