We scheduled an Eiffel Tower dinner and Siene cruise tour for 308 Euros and at the last minute my wife came down sick and we could not reschedule the excursion. I attempted to reschedule although no one replied until a day later with a terse reply, Quote:  "I feel sorry for you it is not possible. There is nothing I can do for you. The cruise was booked for May 30. And regarding cancellation the tour operator requires a minimum of 2 days before the departure of the tour.
I am sorry, but we cannot credit bach your card because the payment was made already to the tour operator and they will never give back money." Unquote. They do not work on the weekend or respond to emails so discount those days. Very unsatisfied with this although our overall Paris experience are filled with beautiful memories. Â
