What is your cancellation policy?
The Cancellation policy for our packages can be found in our Terms & Conditions:
Payment is required at the time of booking. Services that cannot be confirmed will be refunded in full. 80% of the total price will be refunded in case of a cancellation occurring more than 30 days prior to Start Date. Unless otherwise indicated above, no refunds will be given in case of a cancellation occurring less than 30 days prior to the Start Date or in case of a no-show. No refunds for train tickets, exhibition and museum passes.
If you believe that you may have to cancel or if you want to be protected against the loss if you cannot travel for the dates booked, remember that Travel insurance is available.
